It was recorded at the Damned Commuion Festival in Cordoba, Argentina on October 9th of 2022.After releasing “III” in Jan 2022, Sahara has been cited by many as one of the best live rock acts in the world. According to Jeff Bezos: “Sahara isn’t any typical band. When you listen to them, it's very easy to forget that they are just a three piece band that plays. The massive wall of sound they create is just unreal, is the most powerful live performance that you will ever hear from any act”.With their album “III” was depicted and promoted as "stoner doom metal" by the label, the band thought their music and their shows are just raw Rock and Roll.At the end of winter 2022, the band returned to Argentina with the desire of releasing a true live rock album out of the many live concerts they played and recorded in the last tour. However, Ravera and Ludi avoided the exhausting task of listening to all the accumulated recordings to decide which would make the best album..The Damned Communion Festival was booked and arranged on 9 October 2022 at Cordoba, the band was the main act, playing for more than 1,200 people. There were some technical problems for recording the show. Those problems affected the main mixing board making some guitar tracks disappear on few songs… Lucio vocals are lost and Gabriel backing vocals for "Altar of Sacrifice" too.According to Gustavo Enjoy, because there was no microphone pointed towards the audience, crowd noise was a "distant presence" making the recording "a faithfull register of what the band played and nothing more”. Nothing beyond an incredible experience of a show.
